New Year's Resolution: Don't be a disaster

I was never much for making new year's resolutions because it seemed silly to me. Really, if you want to facilitate a change in your life, you can start it any time you like. So I'll just start now and call it a new year's resolution since it's still January.

I've been feeling a bit under the weather lately. It started with the sniffles, then a sore throat. Then that subsided but I still have some chest congestion going on and all around winter unpleasantness.

I googled some home remedies to help me feel better and started reading about the benefits of apple cider vinegar. Which is apparently good for quite a lot!
